This 11,000 SF space consisting of student study areas, administration offices, and a new courtyard achieved LEED-CI Gold Certification. The mechanical systems utilize existing air handlers with new dual-duct VAV boxes serving the renovated floor. The electrical systems include daylighting controls: photocell controlled dimming within 15 feet of windows. All spaces are also controlled by occupancy sensors. Portions of the interior lighting and all of the exterior lighting use LED’s.
