Lake Austin Spa Resort Details

Location: Austin, TX

The Lake Austin Spa Resort has been named as one of the top ten spas in North America. The spa facilities provide day, overnight, and longer stays. Our project was centered around a new day spa facility that allowed the Spa to expand and enhance its services.

The new 17,600 sq.ft. Day Spa facility incorporates an indoor swimming pool, whirlpools, massage and other treatment rooms, a multi-purpose room, kitchen, dining facilities, salon, saunas, showers, locker rooms, and office/meeting spaces. An outdoor swimming pool in a “pool barn” and adjacent patio areas including seating and treatment spaces were also a part of the new Day Spa facility.

One of the resort’s main features is its spectacular surroundings. The Spa is intended to embrace its environment of towering trees, lush hills, organic gardens, and the restful waters of Lake Austin. We designed the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to work with this environment to compliment this haven of peace, tranquility, and discovery.
