TGCE provided electrical engineering services for Amli’s two downtown mixed use facilities. AMLI Downtown is a 7-story community offering nearly 45,000 square feet of street-level retail space, two levels of sub-terrain parking, and bike lockers to compliment an active lifestyle.
AMLI on 2nd is nestled in the heart of Austin’s 2nd Street District and ideally located within blocks of the Warehouse District. Surrounded by hip shops, eclectic restaurants, entertainment venues, and the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, this AMLI community is in the middle of it all. The 18-story AMLI tower integrates over 41,000 square feet of street-level retail space, four and one-half levels of above-ground parking, an activity deck on the fifth level above the garage, and 231 rental apartments on 17 floors.
AMLI on 2nd is a 4 Star Green rated community. Built with the environment in mind, during construction close attention was paid to the details of everyday living that contribute to saving our environment.
