One Texas Center Details

Location: Austin, TX

Consisted of MEP consulting and systems design for tenant finish-out/renovations of approximately 59,200 square feet. The project consisted of three tasks.

Task 1 – Electrical Systems Survey: This task was necessary to establish existing circuiting so that loads could be matched to the proper circuits during design. This effort permitted most home runs and potentially numerous extensions of the branch circuiting to be retained and re-used and resulted in construction costs savings.

Task 2 – Electrical and Mechanical Systems Evaluation: This effort sought to evaluate whether existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were of adequate capacity and condition to serve the new, more intense, space plans.

Task 3 – MEP Systems Design and Construction Administration: This task consisted of the more traditional design and construction administration efforts.
